About Us
The Minority Safety and Development Organization was founded in 2009 by Mr. E. Solomon John. To Support, encourage and establish his vision for the Security and Development of the Christian people Rev.S.Eliezer, Rev A.Dhanraj Thomas, Rev. R.John Wesley, Rev.S.Manoraj, Mr. S.Joshua, Mr. M.Abed Azaria were also joined their hands with him as the key members of this organisation.
The task of this committee is to implement various programs for the development and security of the minorities Especially for the Churches / Worship places, Pastors / Christian ministers and to the common Christian people.
Through this organization, we have successfully conducted and implemented various services and training programs so far.
Some of them are mentioned below.
- Organise the donors to “Donate Blood”
- Providing free “Parker van” Services
- Conducting free “Eye Camps”, offering cashless spectacles, and organising Cataract surgery services
- Conducting “Free Medical Camp”
- Providing “Tailoring” class
- Providing “Cosmetology” training
- Providing “Accident insurance” for Pastors
- Offering “Legal advice” for Church registration process
சிறுபான்மையினரின் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் வளர்ச்சி அமைப்பு 2009ல் திரு E. சாலமன் ஜான் என்பவரால் நிறுவப்பட்டது. கிறிஸ்துவ மக்களின் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டிற்கான அவரது பார்வையை ஆதரிக்கவும், ஊக்குவிக்கவும், நிறுவவும், ரெவ.எஸ்.எலியேசர், ரெவ. A.தன்ராஜ் தாமஸ், ரெவ. R.ஜான் வெஸ்லி, ரெவ. S.மனோராஜ், திரு. S.ஜோஷ்வா, திரு. M.ஆபேத் அசாரியா ஆகியோர் இந்த அமைப்பின் முக்கிய உறுப்பினர்களாக அவருடன் கைகோர்த்தனர்.
இந்த குழுவின் பணி சிறுபான்மையினரின் வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பிற்காக குறிப்பாக தேவாலயங்கள் / வழிபாட்டுத் தலங்கள், போதகர்கள் / கிறிஸ்தவ ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் பொதுவான கிறிஸ்தவ மக்களுக்கு பல்வேறு திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்துவதேயாகும்.
இந்த அமைப்பின் மூலம், நாங்கள் இதுவரை பல்வேறு சேவைகள் மற்றும் பயிற்சி திட்டங்களை வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தி செயல்படுத்தியுள்ளோம்.

- தையல் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்துதல்
- அழகுக் கலை பயிற்சியை வழங்குதல்
- போதகர்களுக்கு விபத்து காப்பீடு வழங்குதல்
- சர்ச் / தேவாலயங்களை பதிவு செயல்முறைக்கு சட்ட ஆலோசனை வழங்குதல்
- தேவாலயக் கணக்குகளை பராமரித்து நிர்வகிப்பதற்கான பயிற்சித் திட்டத்தை நடத்துதல்
